A Mad Frog and an Englishman (extract)

This is a short section of a 45-minute DVD made for the Whitehaven Festival Co. The documentary follows world famous chef Jean Christophe Novelli and Whitehaven Festival founder Gerard Richardson MBE on a culinary adventure to meet food producers from all over Cumbria. The film, which accompanies a recipe book by Jean Christophe of the same name, also features recipe demonstrations filmed at Jean Christophe’s Food Academy in Hertfordshire. The idea for the film came from Jean Christophe Novelli and the book and DVD are being sold to raise money for the Whitehaven Festival.
